Two months old already, the time is flying by. You are doing so much more. We are finally leaving your mittens off more and you have discovered your HANDS! You love playing on the mat and you swat at all the toys, you are gaining control of your arms everyday. Although your favorite toy is your lion that is on your car seat. You are always smiling and making noises when in there trying to get the lion. You have been moved from the little cradle you were sleeping in to the pack n play. Which you love so much more then the cradle. We are almost ready to move you into your bedroom. We are waiting for you to kick that early morning feeding. You are finally in 3 month clothing. At your doctor visit last Tuesday you were weighing in at 11 pounds 6 ounces and 22 inches long. You are 50th percentile for weight and 25th for height.
Sunday was Mother's Day. Mommies first mothers day and you gave me the best present....being fussy for Daddy! You woke up very early in the morning and would not go back down. We spent the morning lazying around the house and then had dinner at Aunt Jacy's with Uncle Brian, Cousin Judy and the Leptuch's.
This was the first night of your crazy new sleeping habit. I guess with new age comes new sleeping patterns. You still sleep most of the night but your morning feeding is getting early and early.
We are still having our outings to go visit friends and family. At least once a week you get to see your friend Lexi who is little by little becoming more interested in you. After our visit yesterday she asked her Mommy for a little sister. Who knows, one might be on the way soon. We also go visit with your cousins who LOVE you. They are so helpful with you holding toys for you and tickling your feet. :) Everyone one calls you Baby Sam. Which will probably stick with you for a while, as Ava is still Baby Ava to Cousin Sophie.
I can't wait to see you guys all playing together. I think you and Noah are going to have so much fun.
Hopefully I can post some pictures soon. Our laptop screen is broken and I don't want to upload pictures onto it until I know it can be fixed. But we will get your two month photo on here soon.
